We are an interdisciplinary group of scientists focused on understanding how macromolecular machines collectively give rise to complex cytoarchitectures. We are particularly fascinated by the highly polarized and complex architectures of the cells in our nervous system and the role of the tubulin code in organizing and partitioning the cytoplasm for efficient transport and signaling.
