Sheniece Guest

Sheniece Guest is currently serving as a Program Specialist in the Office of Research Training and Career Development. Her main role is to support the NINDS training office and assist in increasing outreach and diversity in the NINDS training programs. Sheniece initially joined the NIH as an administrative support intern in 2016, where she worked closely with the Assistant of the Scientific Director and handled various tasks.

Most of Sheniece's time is dedicated to working in the NINDS training office. Her responsibilities include tracking the necessary training data, coordinating the NINDS Summer Internship Program, and organizing planned outreach projects. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Ms. Guest was honored with the NIH Director's Award in 2019. This award acknowledges her dedication to delivering innovative and successful neuroscience education outreach activities, which aim to encourage underrepresented students to participate in the field of neurosciences.
