Christine Koch-Paiz leads the administrative team for the intramural research program. Christine started at the NIH 24-years ago as a Biologist with NHLBI generating knockout and trans-genic mice, then continued with NCI studying the effects of UV radiation on cancer cell lines. In 2005, she became an NCI Technical Lab Manager and in 2012, she transitioned to a Lead Administrative Officer at NCI. She’s also held positions at the Clinical Center, NEI and recently completed a 6-month detail at the Office of Management & Budget through the Presidential Management Council Interagency Rotation Program.
