Duilio Correa is a Data & Management Analyst who comes to NINDS with a strong background in data analytics, project management, and communication strategies. With a Master of Public Administration (MPA), as well as a MA in Spanish and Latin American Studies, from American University, Duilio previously worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Diversity & Inclusion Division as a Management Analyst and Communications Manager, where he served as a key advisor to senior leadership. Before joining the Department, Duilio worked at NIH with the National Cancer Institute (NCI) as a Spanish Translator.

Duilio has a wealth of experience managing projects throughout the life cycle. His background includes evaluating programs and analyzing data; developing policies & procedures, as well as leading various departmental initiatives; and disseminating information through multifaceted communication channels. In addition to supporting the Scientific Director with data analytics and program support, he also serves as a key point of contact for the DIR website and newsletter. Some of his professional recognitions include the National Hispanic Medical Association Leadership Award, the NCI Director’s Merit Award, and the NIH Plain Language Award. He is also a certified Spanish translator, a two-time Toastmasters Regional Champion, and a former President of the HHS Hispanic Employee Organization (HEO).
