Dynamic Interaction between Lysosomes and Endoplasmic Reticulum. Microglial cells were co-transfected with lysosomal marker GFP-tagged Lamp1 and endoplasmic reticulum probe mApple-tagged Sec61β at DIV7, followed by live-cell imaging at DIV11 (150 frames/channel, 2 second interval, total 5 minutes). The imaging reflects a dynamic cross-talk between lysosomes and endoplasmic reticulum under normal physiology.  Credit: Zu-Hang Sheng
