Clinical Neurosurgery Unit

Welcome to the Clinical Neurosurgery Unit (CNU), where our mission is aligned with the objectives of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). Our primary goal is to alleviate the burden of neurological diseases while nurturing the growth of exceptional physician-scientists. We provide clinical care to neurosurgical patients through NINDS research protocols and serve as a referral and consultation service for various research initiatives.

At our core, we support ethically and scientifically rigorous research. Our efforts focus on uncovering the underlying causes and innovative treatments for neurological conditions. The knowledge we gain fuels improvements in neurosurgical care, bridging the gap between research and clinical practice to enhance the lives of those affected by neurological conditions.
